All materials, designs, and concepts created by Before Pixel remain our property until the full payment has been received. After payment, rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitations of Liability
Before Pixel is not responsible for technical issues, downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of your website, software, or third-party integrations.
